1.1. Users can book slots up to 30 days in advance through the official platform.

1.2. A calendar will display available dates and times for all facilities and sub-facilities.

1.3. Users must provide accurate personal details during booking, including name, mobile number, and emergency contact information.

1.4. Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment, and a receipt is available to download after booking.

1.5. Carrying of receipt and Identity card is mandatory while coming to the facility.

1.6. User has to pay 100 % advance slot fees including payment gateway charges for each slot booking.

1.7. Concurrent booking management ensures fair allocation by locking selected slots during the booking process.

2.1. Adhere to scheduled booking times; unauthorized usage or overlapping bookings are prohibited.

2.2. Maintain cleanliness; littering or defacing property is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.

2.4. Pets are not permitted in the sports complex.

2.5. Wear appropriate sports attire and footwear when using the facilities.

2.6. Any damage to the property and spots equipment are subject to penalties and future ban on bookings.

3.1. Respect other visitors and maintain sportsmanship at all times.

3.2. Visitors must follow safety protocols and cooperate with security personnel.

3.3. Notify the management of any injuries or emergencies immediately.

4.1. All bookings are subject to availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

4.2. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

4.3. The system ensures no concurrent bookings by locking selected slots for 20 minutes during the booking process.

4.4. Cancellation of the booking is not allowed.

5.1. Respect for visitors and staff is mandatory. Unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated.

5.2. All disputes must be reported to the management for resolution.
